However, the American Novelist is again collaborating with the channel HBO. Yes, the online sources are saying he has signed a five-year deal with the network. He will be writing content for some fantastic upcoming projects.

And the venture that is scheduled to arrive next year as a 10 episode series House of Dragon will be a prequel to GOT. The story is set about a hundred years ago before it all started. It will revolve around the house of Targaryen and the war that is called Dance of the Dragons.

The mega series that earned 59 Awards at the Emmy’s for outstanding works is based on Martin’s A Song Of Ice and Fire. Plus, the epic fantasy is vital, passionate, intense, and captivating.

Game of Thrones Season 1 that first aired in the year 2011 went on track to fascinate the audience with its eight seasons. And unfortunately, the conflicts of the fictional continents Westeros and Essos ended with the final season in 2019.

The digital depiction of the novel by David Benioff and D.B Weiss broke many records. The drama received critical and commercial acclaim but the nudity and violence in it were criticized. Yet no doubt, we never missed a single episode of it.

Well, this is not the only stuff for the 71 years old man. He is busy creating more series for the platform. The names that are out is Who Fears Death and Roadmarks.

The former is the literature work of Nnedi Okorafor and the latter one is jotted down by Roger Zelazny. The science fiction Roadmarks is all about time travel using a highway.

So what do you think about the uniting teams? GOT has always been our favorite since its release and we can’t skip binge-watching it every time.

Though lets us also inform you that some other prequels are also in developing stages. One of them is inspired by the founder of Kingdom Dorne, Nymeria. And another labeled 9 Voyages revolving around The Sea Snake.
